Grace Point Community Church
We believe in the good news that “the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all people!” This grace of God trains us and changes us “to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives” in the assurance of “the blessed hope – the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:11-13). Our desire is that everyone will come to know and experience this amazing grace of God.

About
Vision and Mission
VISION
“Following Christ, Leading Others”The vision of Grace Point is to have every member intimately following Christ and obediently leading others to faith and maturity in Jesus Christ. This vision is embodied in the expression of our core values in the lives of every member and in its extension to our community.MISSION
Our mission is to lead people into a growing love relationship with Jesus Christ, and together, learn to enjoy the God of our new life.STRATEGY
We are committed to creating environments where people are: accepted as they are, loved for who they are, and encouraged and equipped to pursue intimacy with God, community with those within the body, and influence with those outside the faith.
Statement of Beliefs
THE SCRIPTURES
We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit to write words of Scripture. Therefore, the Bible is without error (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20, 21; 2 Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:105, 160, 12:6; Proverbs 30:5).GOD
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world (Genesis 1:1, 26, 27, 3:22; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; John 10:30, 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14).HUMANITY
We believe that people were created in the image of God to have fellowship with Him, but became alienated from that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, people are incapable of coming back into a right relationship with God by their own effort (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6a; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1, 2).SALVATION
We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sins. Therefore, salvation only occurs when a person places his faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as the sufficient payment for his sin (Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8, 9; John 14:6, 1:12; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26; Romans 5:1).THE CHRISTIAN LIFE
We believe that all Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obedience to the Word and daily yielding to the Spirit, every believer will mature and become conformed to the image of Christ (I Pet. 1:15, 16; Acts 1:8; 1 Cor. 3:12-17; John 14:1-3).THE CHURCH
We believe that the church is the body of Christ of which Jesus Christ is the Head. The members are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and by making Him known to a lost world (Eph. 1:22, 23; 5:24-30; I Cor. 12:4-13, 27).
Values
SUPREMACY OF CHRIST (WORSHIP)
God the Father magnifies the supremacy of His glory through Jesus Christ. All things have been made by Him and for Him. In Him all things hold together.COMMITMENT TO BIBLICAL AUTHORITY
God has spoken to us through the Bible and it is, for us, the final authority for all things of life.SPIRITUAL MATURITY (DISCIPLESHIP)
We believe a transformation by the renewing of the mind leads to the discerning of the will of God over our lives. We emphasize both the individual and corporate devotion to prayer and study in God’s Word. Intimacy with God will determine the quality and direction of our lives.AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY (FELLOWSHIP)
We value the fact that the church is a family. The strength and health of a family is demonstrated through the way relationships within the family develop. We continually seek for authentic and practical ways to accept, love, and encourage each other deeply in order to build friendships and strengthen our faith. We also believe that healthy families reproduce.AUTHENTIC INFLUENCE (EVANGELISM)
All we have at the end of the day is our ability to influence. We want to leverage the power of our influence through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for the sake of the gospel. We promote and practice accountability to safeguard and sustain our influence.SERVANTHOOD (MINISTRY)
“If SOMEONE has to, why not ME.” God has called us to serve one another in the example of Christ’s humility and through the gifting of our lives by the Holy Spirit. Every member is a minister.MISSIONAL LIVING (MISSIONS)
Every believer is called to live as Christ in any and every context and to go and be Christ in any and every geographical or cultural context. Through the expressions of Christ’s love manifest through the body, the world can thus experience the hope and restoration Christ offers. We want the world to know that “God has come to help his people.”

Ministries
House Church
A house church is a regional community of faith that fulfills all the intrinsic purposes of the church (worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, evangelism, and missions). Thus, house churches exist to promote and demonstrate the beauty and function of the “ekklesia” (church) as smaller communities of faith scattered and gathered throughout the Greater Atlanta Area.It is our foundational environment through which members and guests experience accountability, bible study, and community — a place of acceptance, belonging, and care.At Grace Point Community Church, we seek to live life deeply with one another and to be examples within our community. We encourage you to join a house church so that you can have a community that will encourage you, keep you accountable, and to help you grow in your faith.

GP KIDS
GP KIDS is the Children's ministry of Grace Point Community Church. Our vision is to raise up the next generation of believers in Jesus Christ, for children to come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior, Lord, Friend, and King.We have partnered with Awana® to hold our brite* curriculum, which promotes lasting faith in children, from infants to youth. In every lesson, the Bible is read, a message heard, and lessons connected to Jesus in ways kids can apply in their own lives. Leaders are continually equipped to help children develop a faith that would help them navigate through tough cultural/societal topics. Furthermore, we have weekly activities as well as seasonal and special events held for our children to participate in.If you are interested in connecting your children to the Children's ministry, please click on the link below.
GO Ministry
The mission of the Global Outreach ministry is to equip, encourage, and engage the church in local and global missions and ministry opportunities that advance and promote Kingdom purposes. We are called to this task by the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20:18And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”Our goal is to encourage the church to be faithful to the great commission by motivating (to encourage), mobilizing (to serve), and multiplying (for kingdom growth). For more information, feel free to email us at go@mygracepoint.net.

As members, we have covenanted together to cheerfully and regularly support the work of this ministry (2 Corinthians 9:6-7), provide care and relief to our neighbors in their time of need, and further the spread of the gospel through all nations, as we strive to honor the Lord with the “first fruits” (Proverbs 3:9) of all our labor.
